Syed Suhail moves on from Republic Bharat

Senior journalist and news anchor Syed Suhail has officially stepped down from his role at Republic Media Network after a tenure of over six and a half years. He was most prominently known as the host of the prime-time show Ye Bharat Ki Baat Hai on the network’s Hindi news channel, Republic Bharat.
According to reports, Suhail is expected to join NDTV as Senior Executive Editor and may also take on the responsibility of anchoring the network’s 9 PM prime-time slot. An official regarding the appointment is yet to be released.
Suhail brings with him nearly 19 years of experience in the media industry. He began his career with Jain TV and has since held key roles at other leading news networks including News 24 and News Nation.
