Sidharth Malik steps down as Clevertap CEO, Sunil Thomas to take over

Sidharth Malik, the former global CEO of Clevertap, has stepped down. Sunil Thomas, co-founder of the Tiger Global-backed company, will be taking over as CEO, according to news reports.
According to Malik's LinkedIn profile, he stepped down from his role in July this year.
Malik began his career at Tata Elxsi and has worked for companies such as IBM India, Microsoft, Salesforce, Akamai Technologies, and Freshworks.
He now serves as a SaaS Advisory Board Member at WestBridge Capital.
Malik joined Clevertap from Freshworks where he was the CRO in 2021 and was entrusted with the platform's global growth.
