Senior journalist Pramod Sharma has ended his stint at Daily Post TV, a news channel in Punjab and Haryana. Sharma had been with the channel for nearly three years, serving as Input Editor and Newsroom Director.
Speaking to Samachar4Media, Sharma shared that he is taking a short break from journalism due to family reasons.
Sharma brings with him around 30 years of experience across print, television, and digital media. His journalism journey began in 1996 with Rashtriya Sahara, where he worked as a reporter in Delhi and Ghaziabad before becoming Bureau Chief and head of the reporting team in Noida. During this time, he also contributed to Sahara TV.
Over the years, he has held senior editorial roles at Samachar Plus as Associate Editor and at K News as Executive Editor (UP/UK), where he hosted the popular election show "Voter To Bolega". In 2018, Sharma joined Zee Media. After his tenure at Zee, he moved to Daily Post TV.
