Sagar Kadam moves on from SPNI after four years

Sagar Kadam has exited Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) after spending four years with the organisation, as shared in a LinkedIn update. During his tenure, he served as Associate Vice President – Partnerships, Growth and Monetisation for the Digital Business at SonyLIV.
Looking back on his time at SPNI, Kadam expressed gratitude for the experiences and insights he gained, noting that the journey played a key role in his professional growth. In his role, he was responsible for driving subscription-led revenue and user growth for SonyLIV India, working across strategic alliances, business development, and distribution initiatives.
In his LinkedIn post, Kadam wrote that he was wrapping up a meaningful four-year chapter marked by learning, challenges, and personal development, and thanked the organisation for shaping his career.
Kadam brings over 18 years of experience in the digital media and entertainment industry, having held a variety of roles with a strong track record of results. Prior to Sony, he worked at Zee Entertainment Enterprises as Associate Director – Partnerships, Growth and Monetisation for the digital platform ZEE5. Earlier in his career, he has also been associated with companies such as Shemaroo Entertainment, i-Free, Enable Mobile Technologies, among others.
