Rucha Joshi Appointed Vice President of Legal at Carnelian

Rucha Joshi has joined Carnelian as Vice President – Legal. The news has been shared by Carnelian in a LinkedIn post.

“With over 20 years of legal experience, Rucha has held senior leadership roles at Rabobank, SBI Capital Markets and Edelweiss Group, with expertise spanning strategic transactions, AIF matters, joint ventures, acquisitions and legal advisory. As we continue to scale and strengthen Carnelian, we’re excited to have her expertise on board,” the post read.

Joshi is the founder of R Law.

She has been in the past associated with Rabobank and SBI Capital Markets.
