Hono has appointed Ravi Kikan as its Chief Marketing and Growth Officer. Kikan will be responsible for leading marketing strategy, brand development, and growth initiatives across Hono’s product portfolio.
Kikan’s mandate includes driving customer acquisition, strengthening market communication, and aligning marketing efforts with the company’s broader business objectives.
Kikan brings experience in marketing leadership and business expansion across technology-driven enterprises. In his new role, he is expected to shape Hono’s go-to-market strategy while supporting revenue growth and long-term brand equity.
Kikan’s responsibilities are likely to involve building scalable marketing frameworks that support both enterprise clients and mid-sized businesses. As Chief Marketing and Growth Officer, Kikan is expected to collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams.
Previously, he has worked with ZingHR, Citigroup, Plus Offices and Indiabulls, among others.
