Danone India has appointed Priyanka Verma as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Verma brings with her a proven track record in building and scaling iconic brands across the food and beverage industry.
Prior to joining Danone, Verma spent over 16 years at Unilever, where she held various leadership roles across marketing, trade and P&L management. Most recently, she served as Head of the Functional Nutrition Portfolio (Horlicks, Boost and Horlicks PLUS).
Throughout her career, Verma has successfully launched new categories and driven sustainable growth across diverse segments. Her category expertise spans both impulse products like ice cream and ambient staples such as tea, coffee, foods and lifestyle nutrition.
