Nova Bhojwani joins Hitachi as Head of Banking, Financial Services & Insurance

Nova Bhojwani has joined Hitachi as Head of Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), moving on from Ness Digital Engineering, where she served as Senior Vice President and Global Industry Head – Financial Services & Insurance and GCC.

Bhojwani announced the move after nearly three years at Ness, where she led growth for the company’s global financial services and insurance portfolio. Ness is a portfolio company of private equity firm KKR.

Reflecting on her tenure, Bhojwani acknowledged the opportunities to learn and grow, highlighting KKR’s investment approach and value-creation strategy. She also thanked her colleagues, leaders, clients and partners.

Before her latest stint at Ness, Bhojwani was Chief Revenue Officer at Tetrasoft Inc. from 2019 to July 2023. In that role, she led global business growth and strategy, with a focus on digital solutions for insurance, healthcare and other technology-driven sectors. She also developed go-to-market strategies for property and casualty insurance and enterprise customers, and built business partnerships to create new growth channels.

Earlier, she served as Senior Vice President and Business Head at Marlabs, overseeing sales, profitability, strategic accounts and new customer acquisition. During her tenure, she worked on business growth strategies, partnerships and the development of high-performing sales teams.

Bhojwani previously spent nearly five years at Ness Digital Engineering in sales and business development leadership roles. She managed strategic accounts and business growth initiatives across multiple geographies, with a focus on digital services, data engineering, cloud, analytics and platform development.

Her earlier career includes senior sales roles at Birlasoft, where she led strategic deals and the insurance business, as well as client management experience at GE under contract and Mahindra Satyam.

Bhojwani brings extensive experience in enterprise technology sales, business strategy, client partnerships and growth leadership to her new role at Hitachi.
