After an eight-year stint at VivaKi Exchange, Mona Jain will be leaving the company for newer challenges. Jain was elevated to the role of CEO in July 2011 and was previously heading the media-buying arm for VivaKi’s media companies – Starcom MediaVest Group and ZenithOptimedia. She has been instrumental in reinforcing the company’s positioning and growth.
A search is currently underway for Jain’s replacement.
“The VivaKi Exchange leverages the clout of the local media agencies to deliver client benefit and Mona has been a great asset to our local operation. We thank her for her years of service and wish her the best in her new endeavors," said Frank Voris, CEO, VivaKi.
Mallikarjun Das CR, CEO, Starcom MediaVest India added here, “Mona is a big figure in our industry, and has been an invaluable contributor to VivaKi for many years. She will be missed. I wish her the best of luck in her future endeavours.”
On her decision to move on, Jain said, “I leave VivaKi Exchange with wonderful memories of working with great brands and clients. The past eight years have been very rewarding for me personally and I’d like to express my gratitude to my superiors and colleagues, who have been very supportive throughout. My next move will be to build upon what I have over the past few years.”
Jain had started her career as a media trainee with HTA (now JWT) in Delhi. Her first big assignment was working on the launch of Pepsi in the country. For more updates, be socially connected with us on
