L'Oréal India appoints Aseem Kaushik as Chairman, Jacques Lebel as Country Manager

Aseem Kaushik has been appointed as the Chairman, L'Oréal India, while Jacques Lebel assumes the role of Country Manager, L'Oréal India. Both appointments will be effective October 1, 2025.

Kaushik's new role as Chairman underscores L'Oréal's commitment to India and its dynamic market landscape. His mandate will focus on enhancing corporate reputation, managing public affairs, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and driving corporate social responsibility initiatives across the country.

Lebel, joining as Country Manager, brings a wealth of international experience within the consumer goods industry. He previously served as General Manager of the Consumer Products Division (CPD) for L'Oréal in Mexico, where he significantly accelerated business growth. Prior to L'Oréal, Lebel held various senior marketing and general management roles at companies including P&G and AB InBev across Europe, India, the Middle East, and Africa.
