Mayank Bidawatka, former Koo Co-founder, is now the Founder of Billion Hearts Software Technologies. He took to LinkedIn to announce his new innings.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Founder at Billion Hearts Software Technologies”, his LinkedIn post read.
Previously, Bidawatka had hinted at making a comeback with a new venture. In a LinkedIn post, Bidawatka had earlier said that he was bringing an idea in the consumer tech space “that’s been close” to him for many years.
Mayank Bidawatka’s last venture Koo, which was set up in 2020, recently shut down its operations.
In July, Bidawatka along with Co-Founder Aprameya Radhakrishna announced that the platform is winding up as acquisition talks didn’t pan out.
Confirming on LinkidIn, Koo co-founders Aprameya Radhakrishna and Mayank Bidawatka wrote, "Our partnership talks fell through and we will be discontinuing our service to the public. We explored partnerships with multiple larger internet companies, conglomerates, and media houses but these talks didn't yield the outcome we wanted."
