Devyani International, the operator of KFC and Pizza Hut outlets in India, has named its current Chief Finance Officer Manish Dawar as its next CEO.
Manish Dawar, who has been with the company since 2021, will take over as the CEO from April 1, replacing Viraj Joshi, who will remain with the company as a non-executive director, the company has said, as per media reports.
Anupam Kumar, Executive Vice President - Finance, will take over as the CFO.
