IKEA Navi Mumbai has appointed Johan George Dsouza as its new People & Culture Business Partner.
Dsouza wrote on LinkedIn, “I'm thrilled to be part of an organization that is known for putting people and culture at the heart of its business.”
In this position, he will be responsible for driving key people initiatives, including strategy, analytics, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and advancing the co-worker agenda.
Prior to joining IKEA, he served as Manager – HR (CHRM) for the ROM and Central India regions within the Staples Business at DMart - Avenue Supermarts Limited.
Before his stint at DMart, Dsouza spent more than six years with BigBasket. His earlier career includes roles with Sapphire Foods India Limited, Jubilant FoodWorks Limited and Adecco.
