- Jay Askinasi has been appointed to lead advertising sales at the newly formed Paramount Skydance after its $110 billion merger with Warner Bros. Discovery.
- Ryan Gould and Robert "Bobby" Voltaggio, former Presidents of US Advertising Sales at WBD, will be leaving the company as part of the leadership changes.
- Scott Miller, WBD’s President of Networks and Streaming Distribution, is also set to exit following Ray Hopkins' appointment as President of Distribution.
- David Decker has been named President of Content Sales, and all three executives will report to JB Perrette, who oversees the television and direct-to-consumer streaming divisions.
Jay Askinasi, Paramount’s Chief Revenue Officer, has been appointed to lead advertising sales at the newly combined Paramount Skydance, following its $110 billion merger with Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD).
The leadership changes will see Ryan Gould and Robert “Bobby” Voltaggio, who served as Presidents of US Advertising Sales at WBD, leave the company. Scott Miller, WBD’s President of Networks and Streaming Distribution, is also set to exit following the appointment of Ray Hopkins to lead distribution.
JB Perrette, Co-Chair and Chief Business Officer of Skydance TV and Skydance DTC, announced the appointments.
David Decker has been named President of Content Sales, while Hopkins will serve as President of Distribution.
Askinasi and Hopkins will join the Skydance Executive Leadership Team, with all three executives reporting to Perrette, who oversees the company’s television and direct-to-consumer streaming divisions.
The appointments mark a leadership reshuffle in the media network across advertising sales, content sales and distribution following the merger.
