Harshal Parkar, who recently left Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, has joined Aditya Birla Health Insurance as Head – Group Business Operations. He announced his new role through a post on LinkedIn.
Parkar spent 13 years with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, where he held various positions. His last role at the company was Head – Customer Loyalty, Innovation & Strategy.
In his LinkedIn post, Parkar said that his 13-year journey at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance was an enriching experience that helped shape his professional growth. He expressed gratitude for the learning and foundation he gained during his time with the company. He also shared that he has joined Aditya Birla Capital Group as Deputy Vice President to Head – Group Business Operations at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co.
Parkar also said that he strongly connects with the company’s approach of supporting customers in achieving better health through rewards and wellness initiatives such as Health Returns. He added that the new role gives him an opportunity to contribute to an organisation focused on improving health outcomes.
