Shailesh Chaturvedi steps down as MD & CEO of Arvind Fashions

Shailesh Chaturvedi has resigned as Managing Director & CEO and Director of the Company, effective September 30, 2025, due to personal reasons.
The resignation was communicated through a regulatory filing in accordance with SEBI regulations.
Chaturvedi confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation beyond personal matters.
He expressed gratitude to the Board for their support during his tenure at Arvind Fashions Limited.

Shailesh Chaturvedi has resigned from the position of Managing Director & CEO and as Director of the Company & Member of the Committees of the Board of Directors due to personal reasons, the company informed in a regulatory filing.

"Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI, we wish to inform you that Mr. Shailesh Chaturvedi, vide his letter dated 30th September 2025, has tendered his resignation from the position of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of the Company and consequently as a member of the Committees of Board of Directors with effect from the close of business hours on 30th September 2025", the filing stated.

Chaturvedi's resignation is effective from September 30, 2025.

"I hereby tender my resignation from the position of the Managing Director & CEO and Director of the Company and consequently as a member of the Committees of Board of Directors with effect from close of business hours on 30th September 2025 due to personal reasons. I hereby confirm that there are no other material reasons for my resignation other than stated above. I would like to thank and extend my appreciation to the Board for their co-operation and support during my stint with Arvind Fashions Limited and in discharging my duties", Chaturvedi's resignation letter stated.
