Genefied has announced the appointment of Neha Lakhwara to head Investment Relations & Strategy.
Neha brings over ten years of experience across legal and investment roles, having worked with startups, founders, investors and VC funds on fundraising, transactions, contracts, compliance and the legal architecture of scaling businesses.
In this role, Neha will work directly with the founder on capital strategy, investor engagement, partnership structuring and the governance frameworks that support the company's next stage of growth.
