Dr Batra’s has appointed Deepak Pant as its Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), with his role set to begin on November 27, 2025.

Pant brings more than 20 years of experience across consumer goods, digital commerce, and tech-led businesses. Over the course of his career, he has held key leadership positions at companies such as Procter & Gamble Singapore, Marico, Zee Entertainment, Purplle.com, and most recently, the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group.

Sharing his thoughts on the appointment, Dr. Mukesh Batra, Founder–Chairman Emeritus of Dr Batra’s Healthcare, said that Pant’s wide-ranging experience and strong execution skills will play an important role in improving patient experience, strengthening the company’s digital capabilities, and expanding its offerings across homeopathy, aesthetics, products, and clinics in India and international markets.

Dr. Akshay Batra, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Dr Batra’s Healthcare, welcomed Pant to the organisation, stating that his leadership will support the company’s next phase of growth. He added that Pant is expected to drive operational efficiency and help scale the company’s healthcare services both in India and globally.
