- Mike Florence will join Dentsu UK&I as Chief Strategy & Planning Officer starting in early November, bringing over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and digital innovation.
- He will report to the Dentsu UK&I Media CEO and will be responsible for reshaping media planning across the company's agency brands, including Carat, iProspect, and Dentsu X.
- Shenda Loughnane, Global Brand President of dentsu X, praised Florence as a visionary strategist, emphasizing his unique skills in cultural insight and digital fluency.
- Florence has held leadership roles at agencies such as Gravity Road, PHD, and BrandTech Group, and most recently focused on AI-driven communications at Gravity Road.
Mike Florence will join Dentsu UK&I as Chief Strategy & Planning Officer, taking on the role from early November.
Florence brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, creative leadership, and digital innovation.
He will report directly to the Dentsu UK&I Media CEO and play a key role in reshaping media planning across the company’s agency brands, including Carat, iProspect, and Dentsu X.

Florence’s career includes leadership roles at agencies like Gravity Road, PHD, and BrandTech Group. Most recently, he spearheaded AI-driven communications and innovation at Gravity Road.
