Colgate-Palmolive has promoted Prabha Parameswaran to the role of Vice Chair. In her previous position as Group President, Growth & Strategy, she oversaw key global functions including R&D, Supply Chain, Global Marketing, Sales, Digital, Data Analytics, IT, ESG, and M&A, and managed the P&L for Colgate’s Skin Health business.
In her new role, Parameswaran is responsible for driving company-wide initiatives aimed at accelerating innovation, enhancing omni-channel demand generation, embedding AI capabilities, and evolving the operating model to deliver sustained and peer-leading performance.
An alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Parameswaran brings extensive leadership experience across strategic and operational domains. Prior to her global roles, she served as Managing Director of Colgate-Palmolive India, where she was instrumental in shaping board agendas, steering governance discussions, and engaging with investors.
As a Named Officer at the company, she continues to work closely with the Board of Directors, providing regular updates on strategic progress, annual planning, risk management, and overall company performance.
