Chinmoy Banerjee named CEO of GeBBS as Milind Godbole retires

During his 12 year tenure at Hexaware, Banerjee played a key role in scaling the company’s BPO business, leading global banking operations, driving sales transformation initiatives, and overseeing the North America sales organisation across business lines. His leadership was marked by sustained growth alongside a focus on client outcomes and employee engagement.

Dr Godbole’s tenure as CEO and Managing Director saw GeBBS undergo a comprehensive transformation. He set the strategic direction for the organisation, strengthened operational capabilities through investments in people and technology, and guided the company through acquisitions, ownership transitions and AI driven initiatives that expanded its service portfolio and global footprint.
