Welcoming him to the organisation, Saugata Basuray, Interim CEO of Castrol India Limited, said that Castrol is a heritage brand known for innovation and leadership. He added that Kaushik brings a strong blend of strategic insight and hands-on experience across consumer goods and digital businesses. Basuray noted that Kaushik is joining at a time when the media landscape is changing rapidly and new sales channels are influencing how consumers shop.
