Blue Dart Express Limited has appointed Rabindra Purohit as Vice President - Legal, Compliance & Company Secretary, and Compliance Officer of the Company, effective October 10, 2026.
He will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel and part of the Company's Senior Management team.
Rabindra brings nearly 25 years of extensive experience in leading legal, secretarial, compliance, and corporate governance functions across diverse industries.
Prior to joining Blue Dart, he held prominent legal, compliance, and governance leadership roles across Indian and multinational organizations, including Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd., NIVEA India, Vodafone India, and Bharti Del Monte Foods Ltd.
His expertise spans corporate governance, ESG, ethics and compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, data privacy, intellectual property, and cross-border legal operations. He is also recognised for leveraging technology-enabled legal solutions to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and support business agility.
