Alok Pandey has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Tim Hortons - Middle East. He shared the news of his new role on LinkedIn.

Prior to this, Alok Pandey was with Americana Restaurants for over 5 years, where he last held the role of GM - Americana, Kazakhstan.
Pandey is a seasoned professional with over 28 years of experience in F&B Services, QSR operations, Retail, and Retail Development.
His expertise lies in developing and managing large multi-location based team, P&L Management, Operations Management and Customer Service.
