Mukund Sharma, VP (Content) at Tata Sky will be leaving the company after 10 years. His next move his unknown at this point. An official statement said he will be moving to a new company soon.

Sharma joined Tata Sky Ltd in 2005 as the General Manager and Associate Content Director, and over the course of 10 years he rose to the position of VP of Content. He is credited with bringing Tata Communication and Tata Sky together and creating innovative services like Tata Sky’s Active Darshan (real time video streaming from Indian temples).

He has over fifteen years of experience in the field of content management, business development, advertising, sales and strategy. He started his career with Sahara India, following which he has worked with CNBC TV18, Ten Sports and Ogilvy & Mather.
