Star Plus tops the urban markets; Sony Pal leads rural market in week 48
Colors has slipped to the second spot in the urban market with 431 million impressions
According to BARC data for week 48 (November 26-December 2), Star Plus has topped the charts in the urban markets. Colors slipped to the second spot as compared to week 47. The third, fourth and the fifth place were retained by Sony, ZEE TV and Sab TV, respectively.
Sony Pal continued to lead the rural market, while Rishtey has climbed to the second spot as compared to No 4 in week 47.
Star Plus has taken the no 1 spot in the urban market ratings with 491 million impressions as compared to 431 million impressions in week 47.
Colors has slipped to the second spot with 431 million impressions Vs 442 million impressions, which the channel garnered in the previous week.
Sony Entertainment has retained the third spot with 304 million impressions.
ZEE TV also held on to the fourth place with ratings of 283 million impressions as compared to 274 million impressions in week 47.
The fifth place was retained by Sab TV with 268 million impressions for week 48.
Sony Pal retained the first place with 317 million impressions this week as compared to 348 million impressions, which the channel garnered in week 47.
Rishtey took the second place with 297 million impressions as compared to the fourth place, the channel had with 265 million impressions.
Zee Anmol slipped one place down the charts with 285 million impressions.
From occupying the third place in week 47, Star Utsav slipped one place down to No 4 with 265 million impressions
Star Plus occupied the fifth place in the rural ratings chart with 229 million impressions.
