NDTV’s Sunetra Choudhury joins HT as National Political Editor

NDTV’s Political Editor Sunetra Choudhury has joined HT Media. She joined HT on May 1 as National Political Editor. 
Announcing her move to HT through a post on Twitter. Interestingly, Choudhury had earlier worked with HT as an intern. It was in HT that she got her “first Page 1 byline”. 

Known as a fierce journalist, Choudhury used to host ‘Reality Check’ show at NDTV. Last year, she was awarded with the Mary Morgan Hewett Award. 
Hailing from Meghalaya, Choudhury has done her diploma in broadcast journalism from Cardiff University in Wales and post graduate diploma from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication. 
She started her career with the Indian Express. She shifted from print journalism to electronic media in 2002. She first worked with Star News and then joined NDTV.
