Hindi GEC genre maintains steady viewership

The Total Television viewership saw a gain of 1.61 percent , whereas the Hindi GEC genre saw a drop of 0.05% according to TAM data in week 25. The previous week saw a 1.3% gain for the Hindi genre viewership.
Star Plus witnessed growth in Wk 25 in terms of overall channel GRP, the gain is purely due to the airing of Star Parivaar Awards 2015.
Star Plus STAR PARIVAAR AWARDS which ran on Sunday listed in top 3 programmes of 2015 in terms of Reach with 13.76%.The other two programmes are Big Star Entertainment Awards on Star Plus with 20.83% & Colors Stardust Awards on Colors with 14.98%.
"Mere Angane Mein" is a new property launched at 17:30 this week in Star Plus. It was played for 1 hour in the launch week.
&TV achieved 59.3 GRP of which 17.5% (11GRP) is due to" The Voice India".
