Arnab Ranjan Goswami, born on 7 March 1973 in Guwahati, Assam, is a prominent name in Indian news media. He currently serves as the managing director and editor-in-chief of Republic TV, a channel he launched in May 2017. Known for his bold questioning and passionate debates, Arnab has carved a distinct space for himself in the world of television journalism. Before Republic TV, Arnab was the editor-in-chief and a key news anchor at Times Now and ET Now from 2006 to 2016. During this time, he became widely known for hosting The Newshour, a live debate show aired at 9 pm on weekdays.
