At exchange4media Women in Media, Digital & Creative Economy Summit on March 9, a panel of experts will shine a spotlight on the women transforming the media industry from behind the mic and camera to the top seats of leadership. Titled "From Storytellers to Industry Leaders: How Women Are Changing the Media Landscape," the discussion will bring together powerhouse voices who have redefined narratives and broken barriers within journalism, radio, film, and academia.

The panel features Archana Kapoor (Founder-Director, SMART/Radio Mewat & The Radio Festival), Savita Raj Hiremath (Founder & CEO, Tandav Films), Nidhi Kulpati (Managing Editor, NDTV India), and Vartika Nanda (Associate Professor, Journalism Department, LSR). Together, they will explore the evolving role of women in media — from chronicling grassroots realities and amplifying marginalized voices to helming major newsrooms and producing impactful cinema.

Their journeys reflect a common thread: women are not just telling stories anymore; they are shaping the systems that decide which stories get told. With insights on navigating challenges, driving innovation, and mentoring the next generation of media professionals, the panel will underscore the vital role women play in reshaping the media landscape, ensuring it's more inclusive, representative, and forward-thinking than ever before.
