Colors new show ‘Bepanah’ enters top five list in Urban market: BARC Week 12

Sony Pal replaced Star Bharat as second top channel in overall market, according to BARC

Zee Anmol continued to lead the overall market in week 12 of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) all India data. In the overall  market, the channel garnered the first position with 810903 impressions (000s) followed by Sony Pal on second slot with 738826 impressions (000s) and Star Bharat on third with 732651 impressions (000s). 


Zee Anmol’s Kumkum Bhagya bagged first position in top five programme list with 13451 impressions (000s) followed by Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya and Kumkum Bhagya on second and third spots with 12642 impressions (000s) and 11554 impressions (000s) respectively. Sony Pal’s CID stood at number four with 9372 impressions (000s) and Sony Entertainment Television’s Super Dancer Chapter 2 was on fifth position with 9003 impressions (000s). 


Hindi GEC Urban

Colors maintained its leadership position with 405894 Impressions (000s) followed by Star Bharat on second spot with 355742 Impressions (000s) and Zee TV on third with 342133 Impressions (000s). 

Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya and Kumkum Bhagya bagged first and second spots with 7862 impressions (000s) and 7166 impressions (000s) respectively. Sab TV’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma grabbed third slot with 6306 impressions (000s) and Star Plus’ Yeh Hai Mohabbatien was on fourth with 6183 impressions (000s). Colors’ new offering Bepanah entered the top five list with 5896 impressions (000s). 

Star Plus and Sony Entertainment Television were on fourth and fifth spots with 337525 and 313518 Impressions (000s) respectively.


Hindi GEC Rural

In the  rural market too, Zee Anmol continued to dominate the market with 629562 impressions (000s) followed by Sony Pal on second slot with 502663 impressions (000s) and Star Utsav on third with 451600 Impressions (000s).

Kumkum Bhagya on Zee Anmol garnered the first position with 11013 Impressions (000s) followed by Sony Pal CID and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma on second and third positions with 6377 and 6373 impressions (000s) respectively. Zee Anmol’s Ganga and Sony Pal’s Balveer stood on number four and five with 6363 and 6318 impressions (000s) respectively.

Star Bharat and Rishtey stood on fourth and fifth slot with 376909 impressions (000s) and 316857 impressions (000s) respectively.
