BBC Studios India has announced an interim leadership structure following the departure of general manager Sameer Gogate.
The organization has entrusted Deepa Nair, Head of Business and Legal Affairs India and South Asia, and Sachin Mahajan, Head of Finance, to jointly oversee the Production team in India for the time being, e4m has learnt.
It was not immediately clear when and who would eventually replace Gogate.
Stanley Fernandes will continue in his role as the leader of the Channels & Streaming and Content Sales business for BBC Studios in India and the broader South Asia region, company officials said.
