Dilip Venkatraman joins as iTV Network Group COO

He will be responsible for planning strategic solutions and boost business for the group

 Dilip Venkatraman joins as iTV Network Group COO

Dilip Venkatraman has been appointed as the Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), Strategy and Business Development at iTV Network.

“iTV Network is all set to emerge as India’s most profitable and largest TV news network. I am looking forward to boost the growth momentum and strengthen the network through innovative and effective strategic solutions,” Venkatraman said. 

Venkatraman will be responsible for planning strategic solutions and business development for the network. He will report to Kartikeya Sharma, Managing Director, iTV Network.

Prior to this, Venkatraman served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CNN-IBN and IBN7, owned by Network18 group. With over 23 years of experience, including three years in the USA, Venkatraman has held many key positions at the India Today Group and Zee Network. A graduate in public administration, he also pursued management from IIM-Bangalore and advanced management programme from Harvard Business School, Boston.
