Mahesh Koppad, Chief Marketing Officer India at Balkrishna Industries Ltd., has been honoured with the CMO Brand Purpose and Impact Award at the Laqshya Pitch Best CMO Awards 2026 held in Mumbai on March 12. The recognition celebrates marketing leaders who have demonstrated strong brand leadership while driving meaningful business and consumer impact.
Koppad has played a significant role in shaping brand strategy and marketing initiatives for Balkrishna Industries in India. With more than 14 years of experience across ecommerce and FMCG sales and marketing, he has built a reputation as a strategic marketer and brand builder. Over the course of his career, he has led P and L responsibilities, marketing mix and brand strategy for leading brands such as Amazon Prime, Tata Salt, Saffola Oils and Nihar Naturals. His experience spans managing large portfolios and investments while building consumer centric brands that deliver sustained growth.
