Mankind Pharma has ramped up its advertising and sales promotion spend by 25% to Rs 755.36 crore in FY2024-25, up from Rs 600.75 crore in the previous year.
The pharmaceutical major, known for brands like Manforce Condoms and Prega News, has been focused with digital-first campaigns and celebrity endorsements.
The company’s revenue has risen by 19 per cent YoY to Rs 12,207 crore.
Profit after tax grew by 3.4% to Rs 2,007 crore, which the company said was impacted by increased finance costs tied to fresh borrowings.
Adjusted EBITDA rose 25% to Rs 3,159 crore, with margins improving to 25.9% on account of cost management.
