Inaugural edition of Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards 2026, Indore happening today

The real estate story in Indore is entering a defining phase. Long recognised for its clean streets, efficient governance and strong economic fundamentals, the city is now attracting national developers, institutional investors and homebuyers looking beyond India's traditional metropolitan markets.

Against this backdrop, the inaugural edition of Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards 2026, Indore will be held today, July 9 at the Marriott, Indore, bringing together some of the country's most influential voices from government, urban planning, architecture, finance and real estate. The Chief Guest of the event will be Kailash Vijayvargiya, Minister for Urban Development & Housing and Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

The day-long conclave will examine the forces shaping Indore's next phase of growth, from infrastructure-led expansion and emerging residential corridors to investment opportunities, sustainability and the impact of spiritual tourism on the region's property market.

The event will open with an inaugural address by Dr. Annurag Batra, Editor-in-Chief & Chairman, exchange4media and BusinessWorld Media Group, followed by a keynote by Dr. Shubhashish Banerjee, whose experience across urban planning, smart city development and town planning is expected to provide valuable insights into Indore's evolving urban landscape.

One of the highlights of the conclave will be an exclusive conversation on "Indore Realty Check: The Rise of Central India's Next Real Estate Hotspot," moderated by Ashwinder R. Singh. The discussion will bring together senior industry leaders including Mohit Goel, Tapan Agarwal, Vivek Chugh, Sandeep Shrivastava and Vivek Damani, who will share their perspectives on market demand, investment trends and the city's long-term potential.

The programme will also feature a special address by Padma Shri Dr. Janak Palta McGilligan, whose work in sustainability and environmental conservation has inspired communities across the country.

Three focused power panels will explore the opportunities emerging across Indore's real estate ecosystem. The conclave will conclude with the Realty+ Excellence Awards 2026 – Indore, recognising outstanding achievements by developers, architects, consultants and industry professionals who are contributing to the region's transformation.
