ICMA 2019: Mindshare steals the show with 21 metals; HUL is Client of the Year

The fourth e4m Indian Content Marketing Awards (ICMA) 2019  were announced on September 11.

The spotlight was on Mindshare as it walked away with the biggest bounty — a whopping 21 metals, of which 4 were gold, 6 silver and 11 bronze. The other big winner of the night was Madison Media that bagged 9 metals, of which one was gold for Best Content Marketing (Tech) for their campaign ‘When India Dared To Stare’ for Viacom18.

The other noteworthy winner was Saikat Pyne of Times Internet who walked away with the Young Gun award. Truecaller won gold for Best Digital Branded Content (Video) for ‘Truecaller against Harassment #ItsNotOk’. The gold for Best Content Marketing on TV was won by LinkedIn-MTV Get A Job, Season 4 (Agency: The Glitch). WATConsult won its gold for Thanks a Dot for their SBI Life Insurance campaign in the Best Content Marketing – Experiential category.

Contagious Online Media won gold for TVF’s ‘Yeh Meri Family’ in the Best Content Marketing on Social Media Platform category. The Best Content Marketing in Print award went to Jagran Prakashan that won gold for their ‘Daughter’s Diary’ campaign, which also won the Most Audacious Campaign of the year, Jury Choice under the Best Integrated Branded Content category.

The awards night concluded with the most coveted honours. In the Excellence category, Mindshare won the Platinum Award and Hindustan Unilever Limited was crowned Client of the Year.

The much awaited awards night celebrated talent, creative minds and exceptional content that stood out amongst the beautifully crafted brand stories. The winners were selected through a painstakingly long process adopted by the jury, the members of which were represented by eminent personalities from the industry.
