Be crazy, wild, relentless even if you may be vilified, judged, isolated: Saumya Rathore

The Marketing Director, PepsiCo India, expressed her gratitude to be featured in IMPACT 50 Most Influential Women's list

Saumya Rathore, Marketing Director, PepsiCo India, became the recipient of the IMPACT 50 Most Influential Women award of 2024 in Mumbai on December 5th.

While receiving the award, she said, “Ever since I joined the business world, I used to very religiously and diligently read the impact, sometimes in wonder, sometimes in hope but always in awe of the wonderful women who featured there.

She further expressed her gratitude to the esteemed jury, to the Impact team, to exchange4media group, Pepsico, Sam Balsara and Dr. Annurag Batra.

She also thanked her family and said, “All that I am and all that I ever will be will always be perfect in their eyes. If I can do any magic in the work, it's because of the magic they do in my life.”

“A big thank you to the wonderful men in my life as well. They have been the Dumbledore to my Harry Potter, and the Krishna to my Arjun. Thank you to all the managers, mentors and coaches in my life,” she added.

Lastly, she told all the women in the world to have the dream in their heart, to be crazy, be wild, be relentless and in that process you might be vilified, judged, isolated but never stop the fire from burning within you. Keep shining like that crazy diamond!
