Success isn’t always loud. Sometimes, it sounds like your parents' silence  when they see their sacrifices turn into your milestones.”

I grew up in a one-room chawl in Dombivli. Back then, dreams weren’t about luxury, they were rooted in values. Values taught by parents who didn’t chase recognition but quietly built a foundation of sacrifice, resilience, and hope.

Today, as I take delivery of the Mercedes-Benz GLC with my mother and family, it’s not a celebration of success, it’s a salute to that foundation.

To my father, Shri Ashok Kulkarni, whose memory drives us forward. To Lord Hanumanji, whose strength and devotion guide our path. And to the countless unspoken moments that built this milestone.

But this story isn’t just mine.

Because when a brand becomes a part of moments like these, it stops being a product and becomes a feeling.

Mercedes-Benz isn’t just a car. It’s a symbol that cuts across classes and generations. It marks retirements, promotions, new beginnings, and now, it marks the journey from narrow lanes to limitless roads.

That’s the power of culture-first branding. It’s not about how loudly you market, it’s about how deeply you matter.

As India moves from middle-income stories to high-aspiration dreams, the brands that endure will be those that respect emotion before transaction.

Mercedes-Benz does exactly that, it shows up not just in garages, but in gratitude. And for me, this wasn’t just a car delivery. It was a quiet promise fulfilled, and to my parents

“You gave me everything. I will strive to give you the best—always and forever.”

Rooted in values. Driven by legacy. Blessed by faith. Powered by love.

A big thank you to the Landmark team at Thane, especially Sanjay Baghel, for making this moment seamless, soulful and unforgettable.
