In a long-drawn battle between the legal heirs of Luxor group founder, Late Sh. D.K. Jain, the Delhi High Court granted probate of his will devolving the entire estate in favour of his wife, Usha Jain.
Luxor group, which is the pioneer in writing instruments manufacturing and has also brought brands like Parker and Waterman under the group’s umbrella, was founded by Sh. D.K. Jain in the year 1963.
Usha Jain and Pooja Jain (legal heir supporting the probate proceedings) were represented by Rajiv Nayar and Darpan Wadhwa, Senior Advocates along with Ruby Singh Ahuja, Vasu Singh and Megha Dugar, Advocates from Karanjawala & Co.
