Danfoss Drives has elevated Anshuman Behera to Director of Digital and Lifecycle Services (DLS) for the Asia Pacific region, expanding his leadership responsibilities across service operations, partner management and digital offerings.
Behera announced the development in a LinkedIn post, outlining a mandate that includes coordinating service sales and delivery, managing service partners, strengthening lifecycle and digital offerings, and driving operational excellence across the region.
In his new role, he will work closely with sales teams and key stakeholders to strengthen customer loyalty, expand Danfoss Drives' service portfolio and accelerate the execution of its DLS strategy across Asia Pacific.
Before his elevation, Behera served as Head of Strategy and Partner Business for Danfoss Drives Asia Pacific. In that role, he worked on initiatives aimed at strengthening the company's distribution network and improving partner performance.
Among these was the Danfoss Partner Excellence Program 2.0, which supports distribution partners through structured business plans, targeted activities and performance-linked rewards. The programme was extended across markets including Indonesia, Vietnam and South Korea.
In 2026, Danfoss Drives also introduced its Integrator Excellence Program in Asia Pacific, targeting system integrators in South Korea and Southeast Asia to strengthen partner capabilities and support sales growth.
Behera brings around 16 years of experience across commercial leadership, strategy and transformation, according to his LinkedIn profile. He completed his management education at the Symbiosis Institute of International Business between 2008 and 2010.
His elevation comes as Danfoss Drives continues to focus on energy efficiency, digitalisation and lifecycle services. The company's portfolio includes variable frequency drives and related services designed to improve industrial process performance, reduce energy consumption and support lower emissions.
The expanded mandate places Behera at the intersection of service-led growth, digital solutions and partner development across the Asia Pacific region.
