Aspiration CEO Sarabjeet Sachar starts job search program
Sachar has been offering job search guidance and tips through his short video reels on Facebook
Job search has been a challenge for most aspirants because they miss out on using a strategy and there is no structured step-by-step approach which they follow. Also, job seekers depend primarily upon the online job market wherein they apply to jobs advertised across job portals. They do not expand their search net wide to explore the hidden or unadvertised job market. Hence, most job seekers land up with no positive response to their job applications and are not able to gain any interviews.
The problem was identified by Sarabjeet Sachar, Founder & CEO, Aspiration, a recruitment agency.
Sachar, who is a job search and interview coach with over 35 years of experience, has developed a job search program (105 days) which caters to job seekers across levels and industries.
“He coaches job seekers on how to identify their transferable skills, develop an elevator pitch, and then the writing team, under his guidance at Aspiration, crafts the professional’s resume, LinkedIn profile and pitch letter, which are career tools that are highly customised as per the targeted job,” the company said in a statement.
“Importantly, there is a structured way of going about the job search which the program offers including crucial steps of identifying 15-20 target employer companies, doing in-depth research on the pain points of the jobs, and then, through networking techniques, tapping the hidden or unadvertised job market,” they shared.
“Sachar is greatly passionate about guiding job seekers and has been offering job search guidance and tips through his short video reels on Facebook and today enjoys 1.40 lakh followers within a short span of 5 months with great positive feedback where job seekers have got jobs by following his advice through these reels full of practical advice,” said the company.
