WNNR, a Gamified Data Intelligence Platform (GDIP) that is redefining how brands convert passive data into actionable behavioural intelligence through gamification, has announced their advisory board with three distinguished industry leaders, Sunil Nair, Philipe Haydon, and Andreas Ternström. With expertise in digital innovation, brand management, and gamification, their involvement supports WNNR’s commitment to transforming customer data into meaningful and trust-driven relationships.
Founded by Trilokjit Sengupta and Trigam Mukherjee, WNNR uses interactive gamification to help brands connect directly with potential customers, rather than relying on passive data from third-party platforms.
Sunil Nair, a veteran media and technology leader, has spent over two decades building digital ecosystems and scalable content platforms. Currently cofounder of Singapore-based Clairva, Sunil is the former CEO of Firework India and has been a part of the founding team at Alt Balaji. Sunil has shaped the interactive media landscape across markets. His advisory role at WNNR will help strengthen the company’s digital storytelling and engagement framework, particularly as the platform expands its gamified data applications for brands and publishers.
Philipe Haydon, former Executive Director, Healthcare, Dabur and CEO of The Himalaya Drug Company, brings more than forty years of global experience in leading purpose-driven consumer brands. His leadership philosophy, rooted in authenticity and sustainable growth, aligns with WNNR’s mission to build ethical, transparent, and high-intent data ecosystems. Philipe’s deep understanding of human motivation and brand trust will help WNNR strengthen its growth strategy in emerging and mature markets alike.
Andreas Ternström joins WNNR’s Advisory Board following a distinguished international career in gaming technology business innovation. As the former CEO of Scout Gaming Group AB, Andreas brings extensive experience in leveraging gamification, behaviour analytics, and customer lifecycle optimisation at scale. His strategic insight into data monetisation, platform scalability, and ethical gamification will be invaluable as WNNR explores global expansion through precision behavioural intelligence.
Commenting on the appointments, Trigam Mukherjee, Co-Founder and CEO of WNNR, said, “Sunil, Philipe, and Andreas represent three vital dimensions of leadership, technology, brand, and innovation. Together, they bring a powerful confluence of wisdom that will help shape WNNR’s mission to build transparent, gamified, and human-centred data intelligence for brands worldwide.”
WNNR’s Advisory Board reinforces its commitment to redefining customer intelligence by enabling brands to capture active intent signals, predict lifetime value, and foster high-trust, first-party data ecosystems across sectors such as e-commerce, D2C, and FMCG.
