Online travel agency, Goibibo has collaborated with WebEngage, the Mumbai based software as a service company to power the brand’s user and partner engagement strategy and execution.
Goibibo, one of India’s leading online travel agencies aims to improve their customer experience and increase the quantity of bookings using Personalization and Contextual cross-channel Communication.
