The Retail Media Contribution ex-TAC grew by 25% year-over-year at constant currency in 2024 and 23% in Q4.

The company's platform adoption expanded to 3,500 brands, with 1,000 new brands added in 2024, tripling the number added in the previous year. Criteo has also strengthened its partnerships with major Holdco agencies, particularly in the U.S., where it saw over $150 million in agency spend through its DSP Commerce Max, resulting in more than 50% growth with U.S. Holdco agencies in 2024.

Criteo's AI-powered Commerce Audiences, which enable marketers to activate audiences using a vast open commerce dataset, grew by 15% year-over-year in Q4 and 32% for the entire year. The company also introduced Commerce GO!, an AI-powered automation and optimization tool that simplifies campaign creation and management.
