Colors is sprucing up its programming team and has brought in Siddharth Bahuguna to head Non-Fiction Content. Besides this, the fiction content on the channel will be divided into four time blocks, with each block having a separate fiction team, which will report to Ashvini Yardi, Programming Head, Colors.
“The radio industry as a whole is going through a very bad phase due to music royalties, high infrastructure costs and licensing fees. We hope some positive changes will take shape this year. Once these issues are sorted, we are planning for expansion. We will look forward to have more stations in West Bengal and the North East,” says Nishant Mittal, CEO, Radio Misty.
