In a strategic move, Joydeep Dasgupta has been appointed the new Head for Mudra Chennai. Prior to this appointment, Dasgupta was VP at Mudra Mumbai. In his new role, Dasgupta’s key focus would be inorganic growth, talent management and the creative product.

Robin Carruthers has been promoted as Director of Square Circle Media Outdoors, the new out-of-home unit of Shlok Media, which is run by Mayur Patel and Sapna Patel. He will report to both Mayur Patel and Sapna Patel. Prior to this elevation, Carruthers was CEO of Square Circle Media Outdoors since May 2009.

Launching the Red FM brand nationally fulfills our vision of creating the single largest FM network across the country… The rebranding exercise will be comprehensive and incorporate the Red FM DNA into all the other stations in programming style, content, format and presentation, and entails complete re-training of the staff… Nisha Narayanan will now be heading the programming for North, East and West radio stations. I will be looking into the group’s operations as the COO, whereas Shanmugam K will be the CEO.
