Vinay Kamat steps down as Editor of Mint
Kamat is currently serving his notice period and will be with the organisation till October 2020

Vinay Kamat has resigned as the news editor of financial daily Mint. He is currently serving notice and will be with the organisation till October 2020.
Kamat had joined the organisation in February 2018 from Khaleej Times in Dubai, where he served as the editor.
Prior to that, he was the resident editor of The Times of India, Bangalore for five years. He also oversaw newspaper execution, content strategy and co-ordination between business, editorial and circulation at DNA.
Kamat also worked for India Times, TOI and Business Today in the early days of his career.
