Publicis Groupe bagged 56% of worldwide billings in 2025: Report

Publicis Groupe garnered 56% of all worldwide billings in global new business in 2025, show latest rankings compiled by MediaSense.
The report found that out of 3,885 pitches tracked during the year, Publicis secured 1,458 wins. WPP placed second with 672 victories, followed by Omnicom at 656 wins. The rankings also counted Interpublic Group—acquired by Omnicom late last year—as a separate entity, where it recorded 192 wins.
The report also analysed that while WPP delivered a strong performance in creative, generating approximately $363.8 million in new business, its overall results were weighed down by media.
The group posted a $127.1 million decline in media new business revenue, says the report.
According to MediaSense, 2025 marked the most dominant year ever recorded for a single holding company.
The 2025 results position Publicis not only as the year’s top performer but as a company setting the pace for how modern agency networks compete in a rapidly evolving marketplace, says the industry report.
