Monica Tata has decided to call it a day at STAR India. She is resigning from the post of Sr VP, Sales. She was handling the ad sales responsibility for Star World, Star Movies, Channel V and National Geographic. As per reliable sources, Tata is on her way to Turner India. She is tipped to be heading the sales operations as National Sales Head.

Monica Tata has decided to call it a day at STAR India. She is resigning from the post of Sr VP, Sales. She was handling the ad sales responsibility for Star World, Star Movies, Channel V and National Geographic. As per reliable sources, Tata is on her way to Turner India. Sources state that there were a number of candidates in the reckoning and a decision was made earlier this week.
As reported by exchange4media earlier this week, a change in the Star ad sales structure was seen when Kevin Vaz was promoted to head the network’s sales.
